  • How is RPS this affordable compared to ADP or Wagepoint?

    Short answer: we’re small, Canadian-owned, we built our own platform, and we don’t have a sales team that’s paid on commission. Our overhead is lower, so our prices are lower. Full answer ships in Phase 1 Step 5.

  • What does 'starting at $10 per pay' actually mean?

    It means the base fee for running a payroll cycle starts at $10. Your real number depends on employee count, pay frequency, and a few other things. We’ll tell you the exact number before you decide anything. Full answer ships in Phase 1 Step 5.

Getting started

  • Do I sign a contract?

    No long-term contracts. We’ll send you a short engagement letter outlining what we do and what it costs, but you can stop any time. Full answer ships in Phase 1 Step 5.

  • I'm currently with ADP (or Wagepoint, or my bookkeeper). How hard is it to switch?

    Not hard. We’ve done this many times. We’ll walk you through exactly what we need from your current provider, handle the data import, and run a soft test cycle before going live. Full answer ships in Phase 1 Step 5.

  • How do you handle CRA remittances?

    We file every PD7A on time for every client, every period. We’ve been doing this for five years and haven’t had a CRA penalty assessment yet. Full answer ships in Phase 1 Step 5.
